Tracey Graham MBACP

About my Practice
My name is Tracey Graham and I am a qualified and BACP registered Integrative Therapist. This means that I can take from various counselling theories and tailor them to suit your needs, dependant on what you would like to share. I help people who are looking to overcome a range of distressing emotions and challenging life experiences such as anxiety, stress, low self esteem, bereavement or relationship issues.

Practice Description
I am caring, friendly, with a calming nature and I am passionate in helping those who are in need of support. I value the open and honest relationship that we will build together as this is the foundation that will encourage a deeper understanding of your needs. Offering you a safe space where you will be accepted and more confident in your own judgements as you unravel your thoughts and emotions. From that place you can start to deeply explore and learn who you are as you undergo your personal journey of healing and transformation.

My First Session
Before we begin working together, I offer a free, no obligation, 20 minute consultation where we can have a relaxed conversation about your needs and how they will be met. We will discuss what you would like to gain from therapy as everybody is unique and we will gather insight together to help you move forward. If we decide that I am the right therapist for you, we will then sign a contract. A counselling contract gives clear outlines and secures the work during sessions.
