Having spent many years in industry, I was given the opportunity to get out of the 'Rat Race' and take a different direction in my life. This new path took me into the study of holistic therapies and qualifications in anatomy & physiology and aromatherapy massage followed by reflexology. I am continually studying and adding to my portfolio of treatments including hot stone and indian head massage and more recently reiki healing. I am planning to take courses in crystal & colour therapies and hopi ear candling.
